[Scan-DC] MILSAT comms

Does anyone have any experience receiving the ~250 MHz MILSAT satellite 
downlink signals? With the previous success of seeing the Orbcomm and GOES 
satellite signals pretty easily at 137 and 401 MHz, I have been trying to do 
the same with the MILSAT signals, checking out the 253 MHz band for the 
beacon frequencies, and other channels as well. So far, I have not detected 
a peep. Are these signals very very weak compared to Orbcomm and GOES?
