[Scan-DC] Shuttle Launch (was Countdown...)

There's a good chance the launch will be postponed, but as of 10:38 pm, it's 
still scheduled for 5:40 am tomorrow morning. I'll be recording 259.7 MHz AM 
in case it happens.
