WOW!
Maybe I should register on WJLA and WUSA to leave a suggestion for the
frustrated viewers....
I stayed up last night past midnight to rescan for WVEC which migrated their
DTV from ch 41 to its old analog ch 13.
After rescanning twice and seeing that my Philips DTV set was seeing ch 13,
I wasn't recieving their signal.
I realized that even though I rescanned, the saved channel data was still
looking for WVEC on ch 41. I then cleared the memory and scanned again. That
worked!
I have a DTV converter in my truck with my TV/VCR; will definitely have to
investigate reception next time I spend the night in the area..... likely
next Wednesday.
