[Scan-DC] Anne Arundel County Fire Boat 61 on Fire

Not a drill - the turbo on diesel was glowing "red" after the fire was  
extinguished.

On another marine incident, a YP is reporting that they have a "run  
away engine" and was requesting that an alert be transmitted on CH 12  
for all traffic to stand clear.  This may be a drill.
