Bob:  I had the same scanning results as Dave.  The Andrews 380  MHz system 
was busy.  The Andrews 400 MHz system is gone.  I  tried it in the scanner 
manually to see if there was a control channel with  negative results.
 
PMT:  What frequencies were you monitoring for the Andrews  system?  What 
talkgroups did you monitor?  Possibly a temporary  system?
