FWIW the Sheriff's office in Calvert County is also trained in
maritime boarding procedures, one of I think two departments
nationwide that have that ability. Given the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear
Power Plant and the Cove Point gas facility, there is a need for that
capability around here.
They actually went into action awhile ago to 'seize' control of that
freighter with a drunk crew that pulled a knife on their pilot.
