I ran out there and shot it for 9News but it didn't air. 



The victim was on a bicycle. 



The victim was awake and talking before transported. 



Might have looked worse than it was.

Many systems have a talkgroup(s) for consulting and/or notification (e.g., EMRC in Maryland).

How were you able to hear the medics report?  Arlington uses cell phones
