"The capstone celebration is held every year on the National Mall,... This year, the Partnership and the Public Employees Roundtable will host the National Mall event May 7-10, 2009 between 4th and 7th Sts."

The FCC will have an exhibit displaying the wonders of digital television 4:30-5:00 on Thursday and 3:30-4:00 on Friday. That will be in front of the Air & Space Museum.

There will be some military exhibits too, so some interesting frequencies might show up.
