[Scan-DC] VHF metro transit police.

Hello to all,

I have noticed that when I listen to the metro transit police main dispatch on vhf it sounds to say the least bad.  Has any one else noticed this?  When I listen to pd on the digital trunked system however, it is fine.  Is this metros way of gradually getting rid of the vhf patch or is there a known issue with vhf at this time?  Thanks for any thoughts.
