Anyone watch Nat Geo's Air Emergency.?

Just watched an episode that, contrary to title of program,  was about a head on collision between a freight & passenger train going full speed.    The investigation included evidence of some scanner folks who routinely monitored rail traffic.

FWIW,  AE is a darn interesting series.
