[Scan-DC] SICK PASSENGERS

Missed this one. There have been many hours of dear air but when you hear
something it is very interesting, better than listening to the
approach/departure most of the time.

I forgot who it was who alerted us to this frequency a few weeks ago.
Thanks for bring this freq to our attention.
