[Scan-DC] Awesome Weather = Craziness!

All,

 It must be the weather.  All the weird stuff happens on nice days.  I have
told my friends that if you put me in a locked room no windows and a
scanner, I could tell you exactly what the weather was like outside. and
probably forecast it for the next 12-48 hours.    I saw some pretty crazy
things on the way home today. An overturned vehicle on and some sort of
perimeter(?)  I was wondering if anyone caught what PG county police
(Beltsville) were looking for off of Powder Mill Road?  They seemed hurried,
peering into the woods, but seemed unsure of what they were looking for.  Of
course, didn't have my scanner available. 

Any help would be appreciated.
