[Scan-DC] Northbound Circus Train

I had the extremely good fortune to look out the window of my southbound
Yellow Line Metro train to Huntington as it crossed the Potomac River.
Headed in the opposite direction was the Ringling Brothers circus train.
My train arrived at the Pentagon at 5:32 p.m., so the circus train would
have been crossing the Potomac from 5:28 p.m to 5:32 p.m, at about ten or
fifteen miles per hour. A few other Metro riders looked out the window,
but I suspect almost no one made note of the significance.
