[Scan-DC] New VSP Culpepper Transmitter Site?

I'm in West Virginia today and was surprised to hear VSP Culpepper 
stronger than the West Virginia State Police.

Checking on Radio Reference and looking at their transmitter sites, 
it seems they have one now south of Gore, VA.  Yet the long/lat, when 
plugged into Google Earth, shows nothing but trees.  Have they built 
something new there, since the Google Earth photos were taken last?
