Does it matter? Like the judge said "I can't tell you what pornography is, but I know it when I see it!" <g>

Exactly what is the facial expression of an "upset" buffalo? LOL

When I worked the Croom (PG County) area back in the 80' early 90's there
was a man near Mollyberry Rd who had Zebras as well as Buffalo. I remember
working the desk one nite and getting a call from a man who stared out by
saying "Now, I'm not drunk..." . He had seen a couple of the man's Zebras
on the road. We would just call the man with the farm and he would go and
    round them up.

One morning a unit on the way to work called about a Buffalo standing in the
middle of the road. He said he would standby until the owner arrived, but
said the Buffalo looked "upset" and he was not going to get out of the car
and try to get it to move.

    Actually I'm hearing hardly anything.
There must be a herd of buffalos somewhere in western Loudoun County.
There are several county police officers
evidently trying to convince the animal to move in a particular direction.
