[Scan-DC] Escaped Buffalo in Loudoun County

I'm pretty sure there's a farmer out near Paris, VA that has a small herd of
Buffalo, as well as some Alpacas and Emus. I know I've seen them before
when out railfanning in that area, just don't remember exactly what town
it's considered a part of.
