[Scan-DC] call sign id

Hey Karl, thanks, I guess that must be it... something still weird, though, I must be lysdexic or something... I swear I just searched that callsign on FCC and it didn't come up... but then did it again and I got it.  And it definitely doesn't come up in a wildcard search!

(Hmmm, I wonder if I searched WV... I may not have...)

Anyway, thanks for helping to clear up _that_ mystery!
