[Scan-DC] [OT] DTV

I have on channel 26, WETA, actually chanel 27. It's Dickens. I'm getting
sparklies on the screen. A band of them starts at the bottom of the sceen
and moves to the top, taking 30 seconds to make the journey. The computer
is in the room with the DTV converter and TV set. The signal from antenna
to TV does through a swtiching box that lets me select antenna, source,
and target. That could easily let noise in, but I've never seen this
sparkly effect before. Could this be coming from the satellite downlink
from PBS to WETA?
