[Scan-DC] Coast Guard in Fargo, North Dakota

There's a lot of Coast Guard folks in an office building across the street 
from my office in Ballston. I see them in the mall food court every day. I 
concur, they seem like a nice group of people. That usually reflects a good 
organization.
