[Scan-DC] Coast Guard in Fargo, North Dakota

Guarding the north coast, no doubt. Where are they based? Duluth?
Chicago? Wherever, they are performing rescues on the banks of the Red
River now. I haven't seen footage of them on the Missouri near Bismarck,
but I would not be surprised to hear they were there too.

Railfans have rare mileage, where they get to ride a train on a route
where passenger serviceordinarily does not operate. Surely this is the
radio equivalent: a scanner enthusiast in Fago getting to hear USCG
frequencies. I hope they get QSL cards from this.
