[Scan-DC] "New Interstate Channel"

I wonder if that means "inter-state", as between states (and for use on any type of incident), or "interstate" as in highways (for wrecks on the Beltway)... and what Montgomery's designation is / if they have a new talkgroup.

(Sounds like it might be the latter...)
