I have an Airfix model of a Mohawk BAC-111. I never put it together. I
flew the Shuttle to New York on an Eastern Airlines Constellation. They
were removed from service just about Valentine's Day, 1968. Eastern took
out a two-page ad in the WaPo to bid them farewell. The ad was a head-on
picture of a Connie, two pages wide. My favorite airplanes, by far. I
never flew on a Viscount.
