[Scan-DC] ZDC Frequencies

I doubt it! How about Mohawk? Or even Eastern?
I received several warnings from folks about the web site I mentioned, along
the lines of what Steve said. So caveat emptor! For me, as a non-pilot, I
still find some of the info on the site to be very interesting, but it is
apparently not supposed to be used for genuine aviation purposes. But I
guess that's true of a lot of sites, like airnav.com, that are still quite
interesting and useful to the radio hobbyist.
