For those who may be interested, below is a link to a January 1994(!) article on the Montgomery County Automated Traffic Management System - this goes back to when it was first beginning... obviously much has changed since then.

(A friend of mine works at the Montgomery County Airpark, and for one thing, there have been about 4 different aircraft since the program started!)
