They're shooting now. From here in Rosslyn, I can see crowd on Key
Bridge and another in the park on Water St in Georgetown. There's a
Coast Guard boat in the water and a few sculls with people
demonstrating extraordinarily poor rowing technique.

Nothing much on the radio for DC Metro PD.
