[Scan-DC] Washington Area Airport Freqs

The IFR charts ("IFR Enroute" Charts, in low and high altitude versions)
are about the same size as normal road maps. Remember, they're used by
pilots, who often have little more room than those of us in coach, in the
smaller planes--the airlines use digital maps. They're not very expensive
and they're useful if you want to know where various reporting points
are. You'd need both the low and high altitude versions for that. They
aren't useful for getting frequencies, though.

The book I'm using--also not very expensive--is the U.S. Terminal
Procedures. The Northeast version covers Virginia, DC, Maryland and
Delaware. Each page shows you one instrument approach and gives the
frequencies used. The other book, which I need to get, is the facilities
directory and that gives more frequencies but not as much precision on what
each is used for.

Will try to get to BWI sometime soon.
