[Scan-DC] Washington Area Airport Freqs

Steve, many thanks - most helpful and timely, at least for me, as I'm kindof just beginning to scan some of the aviation-related frequencies... I did notice that something had changed re the frequency that I had for the helicopter Unicom channel.
