[Scan-DC] Anyone know who uses 462.5000 [ d155]?

After more listening, I think maintenance may be using D155, and
housekeeping is using C156.7. Note sure about this. I realized I didn't
confirm the tones, so I listened some more, this time with tone search
active. There was definitely a maintenance call with D155, and a
housekeeping call on C156.7. Can't be absolutely sure they were the same
facility/licensee, though. I'll listen some more.

Affirm. Riderwood Village is a retirement community on the Montgomery/PG
County line off Cherry Hill Road near Calverton and Maryland Farms. (My
folks moved there about 4 years ago - Dad died a year ago but Mom still
lives there - in fact, I've just come from there.) The street name is
Gracefield Road. There are 15 or 20 apartment buildings there and they all
have names like King's Court, Calvert Landing etc... there are 4 "clubhouse"
type buildings there where the dining rooms are located, Montgomery Station,
Village Square, Town Center and I forget the other one... the addresses run
from 3110 to 3160 or something like that. Only two of the buildings are
actually in Montgomery County but the whole place carries a Silver Spring MD
address. They have 3 frequencies... 452.5, 462.225, and
462.5. The first is used by their Security and there's also a cab company
(I forget which one) on that one, the second is maintenance I think, and the
3rd is housekeeping. About 3000 people live there.
