If you are interested in milair for our area, there's no better resource than the 'sticky thread for milair IV' in the Maryland forum of RadioReference. LOTS of traffic, freqs and other things daily. We also have a somewhat more condensed listing of frequencies in the RR wiki, under the 'Delmarva Milcom' area. Just bring up the Capitol Hill Monitors website, and click on the link.

I'm not really into MilAir or any Air monitoring as such but I do know of a
very fine resource that I haven't seen posted here. This may be common
knowledge amongst you experts so forgive me if this is something that
'everybody' already knows.
There is a site called FlightAware.com that I often use just for R/T flight
tracking of some frequent visitors. You can get an account with them simply
by registering. The appear to have TONS of information. Here's a link for
