[Scan-DC] Thanks, Alan!

Many thanks to Alan for putting together today's scan-dc get-together in Takoma Park.  I had to leave at around 2:30 and at that point some 15 or 20 people were either there or had been - enjoyed meeting folks and putting faces and names with screen-names.

Alan also had copies of his Capitol Hill Monitor newsletter there, and I can tell you, it's highly informative.  He is really dedicated to the hobby.

Dave Schoenberger probably got the "long-distance award, he came all the way from Fredericksburg... I can't remember all of the names and locations, but Dewey came from Accokeek and Charlie from charles County... it was pretty neat!

We did pass around a list of who was there, hopefully Alan or whoever wound up with it will post the names.

The Savoy Cafe has great sandwiches too!

Next stop Gravelly Point one Sunday morning in a couple months?
