[Scan-DC] Unicom Changes?

Has there been a change in Unicom frequencies around here this week?  I think I'm hearing airliners on 123.05, that I had programmed as the Unicom frequency at DCA... question also prompted by this (below), which I saw this week on RadioReference, posted by EdacsTech, who is Bob DiMaio, the big cheese on the Ocean City system.

Ocean
City Airport has changed the Unicom License from 122.8MHz to 123.05MHz.
This new frequency change will take place on March 12, 2009.

Also, I have 119.1 as DCA Tower and 120.75 as helicopter unicom - are those (still) correct?

I've never done much listening on the aircraft bands until just recently, so am kind of iggorant there!
