[Scan-DC] CECB DTV Box

I just did a compare test between a Zinwell 970 and Dish TR-40.   They are the only 2 CECB's that have timers.

FWIW the Zinwell poor signal processing is signifiantly better then the Dish box. 

Since this is a scanner group I'll mention the thing that most fasinated me.   On the dish box when signal is border line the sound would cut out for more then a second which really impacts communications quality.  On the Zinwell the same signal quality cause the sound to get choppy but you I can still make out the words.
