[Scan-DC] Signal 13

Long ago in Mtgy (like in the last century!) it was a "sex assult".  Over the weekend I was looking at thewatchdesk.com and there are some old sound files from Montgomery Fire there... it made me do the arithmetic and I realized that I've been scanning for most of my life... not even gonna plug in the # of years!  Hint, Montgomery Fire was simulcasting on 33.78 and 154.16.  (I think we've had a longevity thread here before...)
