Oh, I get it. I had the impression that somehow the heart monitors linked to radio observatories. I couldn't see the connection at all. The actual case is that the installations must be vetted by radio obvservatories.
I worked for a while as a monitor watcher in the CCU, so I am familiar with the equipment, at least the old stuff. This was in Charlottesville. That was big money: $5 per hour.
