Just finished shoveling in Gaithersburg.  So far 5" on the sidewalks and 8" on grassy areas, measured with a ruler.

Snow is coming down pretty hard in Columbia (Howard County), with probably 4-5 inches on the ground thus far. Pictures of the artistic variety will be forthcoming, if anyone's interested.
