[Scan-DC] PRO-197 Update

The new BC396XT does have the CC DND function. In fact, we got the CC DND 
function in one of the 396T updates. I have a 396XT in hand even as we speak 
and working on a review of Monitoring Times. On first blush, loks like they 
took care of some of my complaints in my 396 review with this rig. Humm 
might have to look at upgrading. ;-)))
