Close Call, do not disturb as in if a channel is busy then don't use the option to listen to close by radio traffic

Whoa, just noticed the 396XT. That looks sweet. Among the cool new features,
I sure hope it supports CC Do Not Disturb. If it does, I will be ordering
one ASAP. That was the main thing keeping me back from buying a 396. My 996
in the car has it, and I love it.
