[Scan-DC] Montgomery 9-Kings renumbered

Been meaning to mention, a couple of weeks ago (not sure when!), the Montgomery County Police canine units' radio calls changed.  Formerly they had numbers like 9-King 17, 9-King 23 (I've never figured out the significance, if any, of the number after the 9-King part).  Now, they are Canine 17 and Canine 23.

Also, for anyone who may have missed it, Fire Station 22 opened about 3 weeks ago - I can't remember whether there was something posted here... it's near the intersection of Route 118 and Route 117, or Germantown Road and Clopper Road (same place!), on Germantown Road I believe.  (Germantown area, of course).

Finally, apparently Station 28 (on Muncaster Mill Road at Shady Grove Road) has been temporarily relocated while its roof is being replaced... I _believe_ they are operating out of a warehouse somewhere off Oakmont Avenue (Dakota Drive?).  Oakmont Avenue is just east of Route 355 (Frederick Road) off Shady Grove Road.
