[Scan-DC] Interesting graphic of trunking pattern

Hi Travis,
I'm afraid I don't know. I'm not an aficionado of Federal trunk systems. If
it helps to identify the system, two of the frequencies are 407.7125 and
407.8875 MHz. Those are two I tuned in directly on my R8500 receiver.
