[Scan-DC] Circus Train

This is the predicted schedule for the Red and the Blue Editions Circus
train movement. The circus train master is usually on 151.625 ctcss 167.9
other circus comms have been heard on 151.925 ctcss 167.9


RED UNIT (w/ the all-new 139th Edition, "Zing Zang Zoom"):

....Feb. 16 - Greensboro NC to Richmond VA (NS)
Feb. 23/24 - Richmond VA to Huntsville AL (NS)
(---then to play Huntsville, Newark NJ, E. Rutherford NJ, Uniondale NY
[Long Island], and New York City---)
Apr. 14/15 - New York City to Norfolk VA*
Apr. 20 - Norfolk to Hampton [Newport News] VA
Apr. 27/28 - Hampton to Providence, Rhode Island....

*The jump from NY City to Norfolk VA may take place over NS all the
way from their connections near Newark, or they may use CSX to Collier
Yard (via Richmond), then on NS to Norfolk. We'll just have to wait
and see!


BLUE UNIT (continuing w/ the second-half of the 138th Edition, "Over
The Top"):

....Feb. 2 - Charlotte to Raleigh NC
Feb. 9 - Raleigh NC to Atlanta GA
(---then to play Atlanta, Highland Heights KY**, Cincinnati OH, and
Columbia SC---)
Mar. 16 - Columbia SC to Washington DC
Mar. 23 - 'DC to Baltimore MD
Apr. 6 - Baltimore MD to Fairfax VA
Apr. 20 - Fairfax VA to Charleston WV....
