[Scan-DC] Slightly off-topic - Circus Train

It's usually early March that they get through here. . . one train will come
from the Hampton, VA area on CSX and up the old RF&P, and another will
come over on CSX through Cumberland area down through Brunswick, Point of
Rocks, and Gaithersburg on the way to Baltimore.
I believe the one through Cumberland is the one that goes to Baltimore, then
to DC and finally to Fairfax where it ultimately gets handed off to NS to
head somewhere in North Carolina. The one coming from Hampton actually runs
straight through and goes up to NYC area. . . I'm a little hazy on that
though.
