[Scan-DC] Digital tv/radio

All HD is digital but not all digital is HD and NTSC is an analog standard
and cannot support HD (some would argue that PAL -- the European standard --
is HD compared to the NTSC standard due to it having 100 more lines of
reolution vs NTSC).  Analog HD was investigated in the US in the '80's and
even deployed in Japan in the early '90's but was never seriously considered
for the US standard.

I think it is possible, but uncommon to have NTSC tranmissions that are HD.
