I agree using Marine One would have been better logistically as well as more cost effective. However, being that Kingsmill is a ritzy gated golfing community, I think having the chopper fly in would have disturbed the neighbors. Newport News-Williamsburg International Airport (PHF), known to us old timers as Patrick Henry Field, is where he flew into. From PHF, it's a 30 minute ride to Kingsmill.
