I use my BlackBerry with an app called Mobiola that streams Internet radio. On a 32kbps stream, its actually almost non-stop - almost no buffering, and the connection is great. The 128 stream isn't as good, though.

I'm fairly confident it will be a long time, if ever, before a consumer
hand-held DTV demod radio is available. The reason is that most people who
want this service will be using thier portable computer (like an I-phone via
something like a 3G wireless connection to listnen to interent radio & TV.

The original question (mine) was is there a portable audio-only product
that will receive TV post-digital conversion. A friend of mine (and other
people) listen to TV audio in places like buses and metro, where a product
with a display would be too intrusive, and too big. A key requirement is
to run off batteries for portable use. $100 would probably be a
reasonable price, the equivalent of a digital scanner would not.
