I'm not familiar with the BuTel software you are using, but the approach is
probably similar to what one can do with the Win500 software that I am
using with the Pro106.
Import the files that are loaded in the scanner into the computer using the
import feature of your software. Then save what you've imported as a new
file. You can then create a new, empty file and copy and paste the entries
just downloaded from the scanner into the new, empty file, editing as you
go along to get the localities you want. Lastly, dump the newly edited
file back into the scanner and save it to a virtual scanner number.
