[Scan-DC] Status of VA STARS in Northern VA

Good afternoon.  I'm writing to determine if there is any update on the 
implementation of the VA State-wide STARS vhf system in Northern 
Virginia (Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William 
Counties).  A check on RadioReference.com still shows a November 2009 
implementation for Virginia State Police District 7.  I also noticed 
that RadioReference.com has two talkgroups listed for Fairfax.  Is there 
any system testing going on locally?   If so, what are the control 
channel frequencies being used locally?
