[Scan-DC] Half a submarine going past the window?

Ok, I know it sounds odd, but I swear I just saw 1/2 of a Submarine go  
past the house on top of a barge.  Folks in Annapolis should be able  
to see it in about 20 minutes, but I haven't caught any radio traffic  
on the marine band.
