[Scan-DC] New Freq

All,

Today had new freq (for me at least)149.35 AM

Had two USMC liaison acft (one callsign Easy ### & the other Marine ###) 
landing at Andrews around the same time. They switched over to 149.35 AM 
and chatted about their pax. Both pilots clearly knew each other.

Looks like 149.35 is a USMC-wide interplane freq
