[Scan-DC] MPD on the Pro-96 with Win96

I tried a few options last night while waiting for responses to my earlier 
post and I think I got it going.  Reception here is not very good but I 
heard all districts and a few Tac channels.  Will try some more.  Did not 
hear any Citywides or SOD, but maybe it was a quiet night because of the snow.

One thing going on is that my Win96 is Version 01.28, which evidently has 
some variation from the version most of you are using.  There's no 
"Multi-Table" to check under MOT 360 CC, for example, but there is a 
"Custom Table" option and that's what I have checked.
