[Scan-DC] Pro-2096 clearance

The Pro-2018 is SKU 20-424.

The Pro-2096 is SKU 20-496.

Both have been recently discontinued, which is why they are on deep 
discount. If you are looking for a highly capable APCO-25 digital scanner, 
the Pro-2096 is supposed to be pretty good. I already have a Bearcat 996T, 
so I did not need another base/mobile digital scanner.
